Nexxia Reommendations

On using they “What You Need” facility to resolve an auto sync problem I was given a professional and constructive response rather than a fob off with some automated solution using expensive equipment. The technician, Simon, suggested that I E mail photographs of the connections and equipment and he would attempt to match what was required; a better solution than buying the wrong piece of equipment and sending it back.
On establishing that I required a 5m digital audio cable I ordered the item on the Sun using Nexxia website, and was more than pleased when the cable arriving on Tues morning.
I must congratulate your company on managing to put all of the ticks in the right boxes for professionalism, customer service, pricing and ease of use, I will definitely use you again .
PS. My auto sync problem is now resolved.

What a pleasure it is to leave feedback for your company. I bought a new car CD player not realising I may need a different loom.I found Nexxia on the net and ordered a car radio link loom item on Monday, then added to the order later that day (an XLR plug for a sub-woofer which I've been trying to find for ages)and both items arrived the next day. The amount of different products from low prices to top grade is very good. It's nice to have a choice to suit your pocket, where as a lot of companies do not give you this.

Although a bit weary at first for doing business through the internet with a company outside the Netherlands I'm glad I did it anyway.
