Warranty

All the items we sell are subject to a one year warranty, and if the item should go wrong it maybe replaced or repaired once the item has been returned to us.

Delivery and Handling

Items over £45 will be sent by recorded delivery, items over £95 will be sent by Special Delivery, all other items by first class post unless you select an upgrade to Special Delivery. European items and International items are sent by Royal Mail using International signed for on orders over £45. 

Please note large orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by UPS Standard service. We also now offer an upgrade to UPS for items under £95 for an extra £5.00, UK Orders only. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

By using Royal Mail's first class service we hope these items will be received by our customers in an efficient manner. How ever we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. For this reason we now offer an upgrade to special delivery for items up £95. All orders above £95 will automatically be sent by Special Delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours of receipt and stocks permitting will dispatch orders up to 14:00 the sameday. Nexxia Designs Ltd is not liable for any loss incurred by any individual or company if they do not receive their goods required for a specific time for installation. If you require goods for an installation booking or project completion, please contact us first

Postage and Packaging Charges

From the 1st April 2008 our Postage and Packing charges will be revised. With increasing fuel costs and an increasing number of large orders being sent outside of the UK, we have had to introduce new charges which reflect the true cost of sending such large items around the world. By introducing a system of Zoning, this reflects in the best way possible actual costs. The last revision to our P & P rates was October 3rd 2007.

*Supported countries for European and International orders only, any orders from other countries will be refunded and not processed.

Please also ensure correct Country is selected on the shopping basket. Due to banking regulations regarding data, we can not process additional payments to account for incorrect postage and packing charges and these orders may be cancelled with a  request to re-order using the correct Country.

If you are ordering from Europe and have a valid VAT number, please select region stated as Europe Non VAT in the basket page and select country on the final order form, your VAT number must be included on the order form comments field or the order will be cancelled.

 

Back Orders

Every effort is made to ensure items on the website are available for immediate delivery. Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock and if so, we will contact you immediately. You will be refunded immediately if items are not available.

Payment Methods

We do not accept orders by Fax without prior contact with our sales team. If you need to order from an institution that does not support card payments, please contact us first.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo or JCB card, just fill out your details on the secure order form and indicate your card type used. We do not accept orders by cheque or postal order.
Please also note that due to bank regulations regarding data, we can not process additional payments for items customers require adding to their order.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03, We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). All the data which is entered by you as a customer is retained on our 128 bit SSL secure server. Order Information which is stored is purely to assist with processing your order on our automated system and is protected behind a secure firewall on dedicated servers. By this and along with our company policies, we conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption. They are only decrypted when they reach the secure server, and even we can not see all the details of your card, as our system uses fully on-line transactions direct to the banks systems. The secure server is run by Secure Hosting which is recognized by Safe buy as the best secure system in the UK.

Returns Policy

All items returned are subject to a refund on the price of goods supplied provided the item is in the same condition as received and is returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded and will be sent back. Please state the reason for the return and please ensure a copy of your order or invoice is enclosed with the return. 
Please refrain from over ordering and sending back unwanted items, we'd rather you contact us first to discuss what you require than over ordering and sending item back. Shipping costs are not refunded on returns. Please remember that if you require more information on the item, please e-mail Technical@nexxia.co.uk to ask us anything you need to know before you order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be carried out through the website Cancellation Form, this will automatically prevent us processing the order if it has not been dispatched, we do not accept cancellation by e-mails or telephone. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or before you receive confirmation of dispatch e-mail, after this time we can not guarantee that the item has not been dispatched and will become a return. If for any reason you are not sure about the application of the part you wish to order, please use our "What you need" page to ask relevant questions or e-mail Technical@nexxia.co.uk with your query.

Commercial Terms & conditions

Applies to all bulk orders over 20 items.

1) Products & Technical data

 All our products are supplied from companies that provide us with technical data. Nexxia takes the information received and presents the information to make it as easy as possible to use the correct product. Nexxia Designs Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for damage caused to equipment through the  use of items sold by the company. All references to required adaptors and fittings for installing equipment is given purely as a recommendation based on technical information available at the time of publishing the site.

2) Trade Pricing policy.

 All Trade prices quoted are strictly net and exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the current rate. Goods will be invoiced at the prices listed on the date of dispatch. 

3) Ordering.

Commercial orders are accepted by Purchase order which clearly state acceptance of full payment payable on placing the order, paid before we dispatch, expected delivery times per quantity, details of batches required with expected delivery times, and acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

4) Delivery Times

Commercial orders are delivered 30 days from receipt of full payment, NOT Purchase order, subject to availability of  quantities ordered.

Nexxia Designs Ltd is not liable for any loss incurred by any individual or company if they do not receive their goods required for a specific time due to conditions outside of our control, beyond Nexxia Designs limited making all reasonable effort to ensure items are delivered on time.  

5) Payment Terms

All Commercial orders will subject to full payment with initial purchase order prior to dispatch against a Quotation supplied, please contact us before ordering.

6) Shipping Costs

Delivery to the UK Mainland including Northern Ireland , Isle of Man, Isle of Wight , will be charged at the going rate for the weight of the item through DHL or TNT.  Shipping costs for International orders will be quoted separately.

 

7) Warranty

All the items we sell are subject to a one year warranty, and if the item should go wrong it maybe replaced or repaired once the item has been returned to us. 

8) Returns Policy

No goods will be replaced or credited until the faulty goods are returned to Nexxia Designs Limited.

All returns will require a returns authorization number and is only applicable to single ordered items or faulty items, Shipping costs are not refunded. 

Return of bulk orders would be subject to Nexxia Designs discretion and a restocking charge of not less than 30% of the goods value.

Please obtain a certificate of posting or Airway bill number when you return the item.

Claims for damages, shortages or non-delivery of goods should be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. 

9) Conditions of supply

Nexxia Designs Limited shall not under any circumstances be liable for damage caused to equipment, consequential loss, loss of profits or any damage suffered by the customer through the  use of items sold by the company.  All references to required adaptors and fittings for installing equipment is given purely as a recommendation based on technical information available at the time of publishing the site.

All goods supplied by the company have our reservation of title. The placing of a purchase order with Nexxia Designs Limited and the issue of an invoice from Nexxia Designs Limited is total acceptance of our terms and conditions, including reservation of title.

 

Nexxia Designs Limited reserves the right to amend or revise these commercial Terms & Conditions at any time.
