This page gives More Technical information about Cables to use when installing the Multimedia Wall plates.

Scart

NX-SCT-265 which is a professional Flat series cable.

VGA

NX-VGA-205 is a High Quality VGA Cable which can be plugged directly into the back of the wall plate.

HDMI

NX-HDMI-105 in the Basic Range or NX-HDMI-205 AS Shown in the Quality range which is a good cable.

The connector is at right angles on the back of the plate but you will need to ensure you remove the entire lower flange of the back box you are using and we strongly recommend using a conduit to run the cables in, up to the bottom of the back box. You can still use a 35mm deep back box

RGB for NX-WP-603 Plate

At the moment we don't have RGB cable off the reel so a recommended lead is NX-PL-029. Again loose end connectors and solder to sockets. Centre core of the cable goes to the center pin and screening to tab washer on the side.

Audio Video cable for NX-WP-605 Plate

Again we don't have a combined cable off the reel so a recommended lead is NX-AV-205. Again loose end connectors and solder to sockets. Centre core of the cable goes to the center pin and screening to tab washer on the side.

Audio for 3.5mm Jack

NX-CB-001, twin core audio cable cut off the reel so just requires soldering same as RGB connections, centre core of the cable goes to the center pin and screening to tab washer on the side
