This page gives installation advice installing Smart clip Dash Board Clips

This range of Smart Clip Dash Mounting brackets generally clip into the dash board around the air vent. Most of them clip into place but opening the seem between the air vent and the dash board, and inserting the clip through this gap. A small plastic tool is provided to aid this procedure. Some of the clips also rely on a self adhesive pad at the bottom of the clip, and a degreasing wipe is also provided with the clip to clean the dash before installation.

These clips can also be expanded to allow installation of an ipod and hands free kit using the extension piece. This is available as UC9065.
