The
06-### series leads are designed to install Original equipment hands free
kits such as Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and Siemens. They are
installed like an extension lead between the Car Radio and the Car wiring
loom, with a relay box that connects to the Hands free kit.
1)
Plug the relay box into the Telemute lead. Ensure you have correct
connection for the Hands free kit, or suitable adaptor lead.
2)
To install the Lead you will need to remove the Car Radio, ensure you know
relevant security codes before you do this. The Telemute lead will then
connect into the car wiring loom, and the other end back into the car
radio.
3)
Plug the relay box into the hands free kit and re-install the radio.
4)
Test the system using the radio first, and then calling the phone.
In
some cases mute wires require connection to the hands free kit, these
instructions should be provided with the Telemute lead, or in case of
difficulties on this issue contact Amour Automotive on their technical
