All our In Car Accessory products are supplied from companies that provide us with application data. Nexxia takes the information received and presents the information to make it as easy as possible for our customers to make an informed decision about the product. If you are unsure at any time about the correct product based on the web site data, please contact us at Technical@nexxia.co.uk.  This is the most efficient way to contact us with a Technical query and we will do our best to reply within 24hrs. Some times it will take longer as we may have to go back to the supplier and ask their technical staff for an answer but we do hold the same Technical Database as them so 90% of queries we can deal with. Providing us with an e-mail means this is easy to pass on, and we would always ask you to provide as much information as possible about the car, age and head unit model number. If you did purchase a product that was not correct, then obviously we will assist in resolving the correct application and offer a refund on a returned item that is as good as new.

Pricing policy.

 

Everyday we review prices to ensure they are competitive for you the customer and for us as a business to ensure we can offer good value and continue our investment for a better company of the future. We look at many other retail outlets and apply the most appropriate price inclusive of UK VAT. Having a clean price is always a benefit to the customer.

 

Ordering on the web.

This can be done through our products page, or the links at the top of the page will lead you to the product you require. Use the add to cart button to place the item in shopping basket, and amend the quantity you require.  Carry on browsing the site to find all you need and return to the basket at any time using the Basket button. From the basket select your destination region, this will amend taxes and shipping costs, then proceed to the check out. The Check out page confirms your items before going to the final Order form page which is 128 bit SSL secure. All our shopping cart pages run through Secure Hosting number SH200552.

Delivery Times

We state 3 to 7 days for delivery.  If we have the items in stock your order should arrive in 3 days or less, but if we do have to order from our suppliers then it may take up to 7 days. We do hold a large amount of stock and around 80% are completed the same day.

If our suppliers are out of stock then you will be notified of a delay, but we will do our best to source the items you require elsewhere.

Nexxia Designs Ltd is not liable for any loss incurred by any individual or company if they do not receive their goods required for a specific time for installation. If you require goods for an installation booking or project completion, please contact us first. 

Payment Methods

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo or JCB card, just fill out your details on the secure order form and indicate your card type used.

Shipping Costs

From the 24th June 2006, postage and packaging will be charged at the following rates.

UK                     Orders up to £45 - £2.95        Orders up to £95 - £4.95      Orders Over £95 - £5.95

Europe               Orders up to £45 - £5.95        Orders up to £45 - £7.95       Orders Over £95 - £9.99

International*       Orders up to £45 - £7.95        Orders up to £45 - £10.95     Order Over £95 - £13.95

VAT is also not applicable to International orders. Shipping charges are not refunded for returns.
