Steering Control Adaptors

 

These adaptors are used along with the PC99-X## range to install a new head unit and connect to the original steering controls. The adaptors on this page plug into the universal interface for your car, and must be chosen to suit the new head unit you are installing. It is important to check head units are compatible,

Alpine Steering control adaptor

It is important to check head units are compatible,  
These leads are not suitable for Alpine 2007 launch models, only use with Pre-2007 models or Post 2007 models.

PC99-ALP This adaptor can be used with a PC99-X## series interface to install an Alpine head unit and connect it the steering controls of your vehicle. The Head unit must support Hard Wired remote control interface.

Blaupunkt Steering control adaptor

It is important to check head units are compatible,  

PC99-BLA This adaptor can be used with a PC99-X## series interface to install a Blaupunkt head unit and connect it the steering controls of your vehicle. The Head unit must support Hard Wired remote control interface. You can use M-42 or M-44 to lock this connector in place if you haven't a Yellow or Blue connector on the vehicle, see Mini ISO adaptors page.

PC99-CLA  This adaptor can be used with a PC99-X## series interface to install a Clarion head unit and connect it the steering controls of your vehicle. The Head unit must support Hard Wired remote control interface.

Kenwood Steering control adaptor

It is important to check head units are compatible,  

PC99-KEN  This adaptor can be used with a PC99-X## series interface to install a Kenwood head unit with the separate 4 pin mini din socket and connect it the steering controls of your vehicle. It also suits Head units with blue wire for steering remote controls.

Kenwood Steering control & Display adaptor - Vauxhall Only

It is important to check head units are compatible,  

Only Suitable for Vauxhall Vehicles originally fitted with Three Digit radio and ISO connections.

PC99-KEN-DIS  This adaptor can be used with a PC99-X## series interface to install a Kenwood head unit with the separate 4 pin mini din socket and connect it the steering controls and Display of your Vauxhall vehicle. Please ensure Kenwood has the 4 pin mini din socket required for this lead.
