Cat5 Audio Video Baluns

A range of Cat 5 audio video baluns which will allow transmission of audio and or video signals over a cat5 network. Long distances can be transmitted over network cables not normally achievable using conventional audio video cables. All these adaptors are sold as pairs to enable setup of the audio video transmission over the network and feature gold plated audio video connections, with standard RJ45 network connection.

Composite RGB Balun

NX-CAT5-001

RGB Balun (passive). This Balun will allow one component video signal (RGB), to be transmitted over Cat5e cable. Used in pairs the baluns are placed at either end of the Cat5e cable and the connected to the signal source (PC, DVD etc) and the display (Monitor, projectors etc). Composite RGB Digital Audio Balun

RGB Balun (passive). This Balun will allow one RGB component video signal and one Digital Audio signal, to be transmitted over Cat5e cable. Used in pairs the baluns are placed at either end of the Cat5e cable and the connected to the signal source (PC, DVD etc) and the display (Monitor, projectors etc). S-Video Audio Balun

This balun will allow one S-video signal and a stereo audio signal to be transmitted along Cat5e cable. The balun has an S video socket and two RCA phono sockets on the front and RJ45 socket on the rear. Ideally suited where the video and audio signal need to be transmitted further than the recommended maximum s-video length of 20m.
